Terms and Conditions
Welcome to TopTime. By accessing our website or using our software services, you agree to
be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
- "Service" means the TopTime HR & Workforce Management Software.
- "Subscriber" means the company or organization purchasing the license.
- "User" means an employee or administrator authorized by the Subscriber to use the
Service.
2. Use of Modules
You agree to use the modules provided within TopTime responsibly:
- Attendance & Location: You must not attempt to manipulate GPS location data, bypass geofencing restrictions, or spoof attendance records. Accurate location data is required for mobile clock-ins.
- Project Management: Users are responsible for the accuracy of time logs submitted against tasks. All files, voice notes, and data shared within the Project module are considered professional communication and property of the Subscriber.
- Resource Requests: By using the Resource Request module, the User acknowledges responsibility for company assets (tools, equipment, software) requested and assigned to them. Loss or damage to these resources may be subject to the Subscriber's internal policies.
- Payroll & Finance: The Subscriber is responsible for verifying the accuracy of salary
calculations, allowances, and deductions before processing payments. TopTime is a tool for
calculation and is not responsible for financial errors resulting from incorrect data entry.
- Expenses: Users must submit accurate and truthful expense claims. Uploading fraudulent
receipts is a violation of these terms.
3. User Content & Conduct
TopTime allows users to post messages, upload files, and record voice notes ("User Content").
- You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
- You grant the Subscriber (your employer) the right to access, review, and retain any User Content submitted through the platform for business purposes.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or poses a security risk to the Service.
4. Biometric Device Integration
TopTime integrates with third-party hardware (Hanido, ZKTeco). By using this feature, you acknowledge
that:
- Topform Technologies is not responsible for hardware defects, physical damage, or connectivity issues
related to the devices.
- Attendance accuracy depends on the proper maintenance and usage of the hardware.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us
immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Role-based permissions should be managed carefully by
the Subscriber's administrators.
6. Subscription and Payments
Services are provided on a subscription basis. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension
of access to the platform, including access to historical data.
7. Limitation of Liability
TopTime is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Topform Technologies shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business
interruption arising from the use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice,
for any breach of these Terms, including fraudulent use of the attendance, expense, or project modules.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any
disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
