Who we are

TopTimePro is developed and supported by Topform Technologies LLC, a Dubai-based technology company founded in 2010. Our head office is in Al Quoz, Industrial Area 4, Dubai, with branch teams in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi and a development and support hub in Udupi, India.

We build one platform for the everyday work of HR teams in the UAE: recording attendance, planning shifts, managing leave, running payroll and producing the Wage Protection System (WPS) salary files that employers submit through their bank or exchange house under Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) rules.

What TopTimePro does

• Attendance: biometric face and fingerprint devices, plus a mobile app with geo-fencing for field and multi-site teams.
• Payroll: salary calculation with overtime, allowances, deductions and pro-rated pay for new joiners and leavers.
• WPS: Salary Information Files (SIF) generated from approved payroll, ready for bank submission.
• HR records: employees, documents, leave, shifts, departments and branches in one place, on web, Android and iOS.

How we work

Our team sets up and supports TopTimePro locally. We help customers install and connect attendance devices, import employee data, configure payroll rules and check their first WPS files. Support is available by phone, email and through the contact form.
