Referral program terms

  1. The program is open to TopTimePro customers with an active account. The referral link or code is available to the company owner in the TopTimePro app.
  2. A referral counts when a new company, which has not used TopTimePro before, signs up using the referrer's link or code.
  3. The referred company receives 1 extra month on its free trial, added at signup.
  4. The referrer earns 3 free months of its current plan when the referred company pays its first invoice. One reward is given per referred company.
  5. A referrer can earn up to 12 free months in any 12-month period.
  6. Rewards are reviewed by our team before they are applied. They are added to the referrer's subscription, counted from its current expiry date.
  7. Self-referrals (for example, companies with the same owner or management) and referrals whose payment is refunded do not qualify.
  8. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money.
  9. Topform Technologies LLC may change or end the program at any time. Rewards already approved are not affected.
